was the material on the cool grey XI the same leather as on the columbia XI or was it a different material? I know it is not mesh but since they never made it to Canada, I don't think I have ever seen a pair. Thanks.

Exact same material fam, all the XI Mids use the same combo (except the Retro Lows and Snakeskins), so pretty much just imagine a different color.
