Yeah for most of the better brand products they exclude it from discounts

Trick with them is to have an account then attempt an order, when you get the error saying its excluded either call or start a live chat(better success rate) and play dumb saying your code isnt working for some reason. Theyll say this usual its excluded but eventually will add it manually to your order overriding their system

A hassle but it works, have done it twice since i got my truck last May

Did they ever get their **** together? I had to chargeback from my bank after they never shipped my pre-Christmas order almost a month later. Seems like a one-man show that just can't keep up.

Really? I've seen a lot of good reviews (with the most recent ones being around January) about them saying they were legit. Never heard of your case with them before, seems like a Karmaloop.2

Yeah, I ordered right before Christmas (on the same 50% code, actually), then while I was home for the holiday I happened to check their IG and people were going hamm about not getting shipments and getting all sorts of store credit for out-of-stock items. Got worried and started keeping track of how long my order was taking. No word after New Years, so I created a help ticket thru their site (they don't use email). No word for another week (maybe it was more), and lots more people were calling them out on IG, so I went to my bank and got a refund and cancelled the order for good. Ironically, later that same day I got a mass email saying that they were really back-logged and orders would start going out within a week. No idea if anyone ever got anything, as they lost me for good.

I was in the same boat.  Took a while to get shipping confirmation, with unanswered emails. They did not respond to any even though I said i wanted to cancel.  Then there was that same message you had seen about being swamped with delays. But I think it took almost a month to get my shipment. As much as their prices are cheap, I would be hesitant to order from them in the future.

Thanks but it looks like online only from the disclaimer. I apprciate it anyway. Was trying to get a steal for the kb x wtk for $119 plus the 20% off.
 
If you need new tires, TireBuyer.com has 7% off any order w/ code TAXDAY7 (expires 4/19). BeFrugal & TopCashback both have 6% back on top of that, too, plus there's almost always good manufacturer rebates available. It's also free shipping to their approved installers, and they guarantee the installation rate quoted on the site (saved me another $30 or so over the usual installation cost at my local tire shop).

I got a full set of Kumho ATs for my XTerra for less than $500 shipped and installed after the discounts and rebates in November - they were cheaper than all my local dealers and all other online shops like TireRack.

I can co-sign TireBuyer. I bought a full set for my Honda CR-V from them two months ago. Got $40 off the order even though my order was under the amount for the discount promotion and $20 off for shipping (which was free) to the install shop. Paid $307 with tax, less after cash back. 235/55/17 so they aren't wimpy tires. Fuzion brand but they aren't bad lol. The shop I went to had a different quote for installation though. Other than that they will be my go to spot for tires. The cashback was clutch too which I didn't expect them to be available.
