You know NT, they have their select few who they D-Ride and overlook their flaws, but then nitpick the rest. John Wall was amazing this Summer league so far, but he too had massive amounts of turnovers. It is almost expected for first year guards as they adjust.

It means something of course. It means that some rookies take a little longer to get on track and up to speed than others. With summer league you can't get too hyped about a player doing good, or too down over a player...especially a rookie starting off slow. He actually had a decent game against Washington when he scored 17points six rebounds and 4 assists even though John Wall and the Wizards won. They both turned over the ball too much, and Wall shot terrible from the field that game.
I think you are looking too deep into it, too early.
