Did anybody else get the Electronic Communications Delivery Policy screen when logging into PayPal?

I haven't logged into my PayPal for a few months. I just logged in now and that screen showed saying that starting in January 2012, my PayPal account would be deactivated until I agreed to the terms and such. It seemed kind of fishy, so this is why I'm making this thread. It was pretty much saying I will be notified of everything that I do with my account through email.

I tried calling, but they're not available until 6AM. I guess I'll call them first thing when I wake up.

I just called them and they said it's legit. It's a new policy that they have, Electronic Communications Delivery Policy.
