How much are the prices of homes you guys bought? Asking because with the way these loans are, you need at least 20% for a down.

Yes, I only keep ~$300-400 in my checking. Everything else is in my savings. I transfer funds accordingly when I have to pay bills on my credit cards, whichare used to pay gas, grocery, etc.
