Just scan the damned barcode, and if it populates on the web, then you have the real deal. I have a pair of fakes and the barcode can't be found but real deal is available.
 
The bar code on the box will populate your shoe and the upc on the shoe tag. The encryption on the box of fake shoes cannot be found in the Internet.
