eBay fees collections.......

i got a call today but didn't get to it. they left a message. the lady did not speak good english but i did hear "collect america commercialservices"
i supposedly owe ebay 25 bucks. what happened was i was trying to sell my sidekick back in april. i listed it 4 times, and got stiffed all 4 times. ebay endedup wanting to charge me for the fees for each time,
so i just deleted my paypal account. when i did this on ebay, i was 17. i turned 18 last week. will this hurt me in any way?
