Yea the vapor allows you to smoke indoors. Seen people smoking them at school.

I've seen people smoking it on the train in Chicago. it's actually kinda weird...considering there is no smoking anywhere pretty much. I've heard it's not that great.

the smoke is created from water vapor. it's meant to help you quit smoking by giving you something to smoke and a small dosage of nicotine to satisfy the craving. the appeal is, you can smoke anywhere. i've used em in class n felt awkward as hell n they're not all that great. wannabe hookah basically.

Thanks! I do see how it could be awkward being that you can't smoke almost anywhere indoors nowadays. They need to make some of these for that other good stuff. Now there's a best-seller
