I know there are some cats on here trying to abstain from pron and along with the no fap threads that pop up monthly, I was just wondering if anyone heard of this site?

http://www.fightthenewdrug.org/

It's a support site for those who were addicted to pron. I ain't gon' lie, it's hella addicting man. I was wrapped up in it for a min.

hopefully this site helps someone.

QUE the "PSH y'all are trippin' pron isn't bad" and the "man, pron is healthy for you." To each is own.

Also, has anyone peeped "only hot girls wanted" it's difficult what these girls have to go through man...

P.S. (I believe pron to have the same effects on ya brain, so it's like a drug)

www.k9webprotection.com/

Its really good and free. It blocks out ads also.
Just make sure you modify it becuase it hyper sensitive.

Use it for a week a two and when you have it set just right, have someone
change your password and not give it to you. ( if you really wanna be accountable).
I was able to break free from this strong hold. Wish you the best.

I've been habitual about it and noticed that it's not like what it used to be when I with a real girl and boy that ish scared the hell outta me, like foreal. I'm glad I was able to finish, but it had me shook no lie. Things have certainly improved though.

Browsing the internet aimlessly is a bigger problem. People spend too much damn time on the computer doing nothing, I myself am guilty of it and need to stop.
Can't stop this. This is a vice of mine I'm OK with. More often than not I learn something from my time aimlessly browsing the Internet (pretty much NT) and get laugher out of it. It offsets a lot of the bad imo.

Damn bros, it just happened again. :smh:

I'm really done. For the month of June I will no longer watch pron.

I'm running out of material anyway so I should stop. Seems like I've seen it all.

I quit pron completely a few months ago. Just lost interest in looking at people on a screen. Plus I feel like a lotta that stuff took a real different direction (fruit loops? :wow: why on earth would anyone think of that kind of stuff? :smh: ). I'll still look at IG broads etc, but actual pron sites and videos are just unnecessary for me now. I don't even have the drive to want to watch it anymore.

I'm definitely better off with the change too... :smokin

What does addicted to porn look like?

It takes a hold of your sex drive. Habitually watching porn, slowly takes your sex drive away to actually accomplish it in real life.

Emotional it makes you feel not as worthy for females. You start comparing yourself and see girls mostly for their bodies.

It actually makes it difficult to love.

Actually, peep this video of serial killer Ted Bundy, who seems like a really intelligent man. He talks about how Porn addiction turns people into wanting more and more.

This video blows my mind every time.

Some of the arguments against porn, such as that it gets in the way of "love" are kind of weak. Maybe love isn't as great as you thought it was if you think about it:

At least with porn what you see is what you get. And I'm sure that the vast majority of the sites/campaigns against porn are just Bible waving "You need to find Jesus" promoters in disguise.

I am pretty sure that porn is NOT an addiction like a drug, which is an analogy that is used in this thread. I can forget about porn completely if I'm having a good time. If you're on vacation and are thoroughly engaged in your experience for long periods, you sure aren't thinking "Man, I gotta get my dose of porn", which is what you certainly would be doing if you were a drug addict. Hypothetically, if porn was as limited in availability as addictive drugs, I doubt that porn addicts would go to the same lengths in order to obtain a porn DVD that drug addicts go to just to get a new fix. I am convinced that most porn use comes from plain boredom.

I first saw porn when I was young, in my early teens or maybe even before. Then several years passed where I wasn't exposed to porn, mainly because it wasn't nearly as available then (first half of the 90s) as it is now. Then one day I was suddenly exposed to it and I couldn't believe how powerfully graphic it was, and it was just the most dull hardcore porn imaginable in crappy VHS quality. By consciously trying to avoid porn, you're bound to get exposed to it sooner or later and snap. You think you're disciplined, but in the wise words of Stan Marsh:
All or nothing is easy. But learning to drink a little bit, responsibly, that's a disclipine. Discipline comes from within.
You're way better off trying to control your porn consumption than trying to avoid it completely, which is bound to fail sooner or later. You shouldn't let porn dominate your life in any way - either by A. having the urge to constantly watch it or B. constantly thinking about how to avoid it, trying to set new records for periods you've been without it and feeling proud of yourself when you go without it for whatever amount of time.
