I have had a tiny bit of flaking on the lunar soles that have that slightly iridescent coating, but only on one pair.

I clean them with those Lysol wips so I was wondering of that was doing anything to the paint

Do you mean the painted on Swoosh? If so then yes, I can see the Lysol wipes taking that off.....
