First time I tried making sous vide tri tip. One is marinated with red wine and spices and the second tri tip garlic with fresh herbs. Finished on the grill, but forgot to take after pictures.

I'm not a fan of eggs on burgers anymore. Would rather have bacon instead.

Why not both?

There's a "farmhouse" burger by my spot that has cow, pig, chicken, and goat in it (1/2 lb ground beef patty, peppered pork belly, fried egg, goat cheese). Calling it incredible is an understatement.
