Mussels with chorizo, onion, kale and bacon wrapped shrimp over walnut, raisin and apple salad.
Green beans, Japanese cucumbers and miso chutney dressing. Berry and apple salad.
Fired catfish and braised rib.
Bacon fried rice and miso soup.
Seafood molcajete
Head cheese, spicy coppa, peppered salami, duck liver patè, cheese and cheddar basil crisps.
First time I tried making sous vide tri tip. One is marinated with red wine and spices and the second tri tip garlic with fresh herbs. Finished on the grill, but forgot to take after pictures.
