Nothing special. Kalbi sauce marinade, garlic, worcestershire sauce & lemon.

I wish lamb and goat were more common in the US. It's not uncommon but I wish it were more common like chicken, pork and beef.

I made my own korean BBQ marinade with a blend of Sh**load of garlic (if you think its too much garlic add more to be safe ), onions, soy sauce, hot oil, sugar, and peppers
