found out about scotch eggs around two years ago, changed my life.

^ i actually had a sandwich like that today... didnt post the pic because it didnt look picture worthy lol... but it was a fat sandwich from the rutgers grease trucks in NJ... they dont have trucks anymore but have a brick and morter spot... but what i got for lunch was a sandwich with cheesesteak, hamburger, chicken fingers, mozzeralla sticks and a bunch of french fries.... i was eating the french fries first before starting on the sandwich because that thing was fat hence the name

Yea there's a new place by my work that is 3.50 for cheese slices and 4-5 for ones with toppings.

Also been meaning to try this new spot with Chicago style pizzas but a normal size pie is $20 and up. Says it feeds 3-4 though so not terrible but still.

Scramble this morning
- eggs, cheese, pulled chicken, chorizo, potatoes, bell peppers, onions, cilantro, and salsa verde
Looks good. The times I tried a skillet I struggled with over cooking the eggs or melting the cheese. Both were never right at the same time

Nice photos.
Never had shark before. How would you describe the taste?

To be honest I've only ever had it in that dish and the coconut milk flavor and spiciness of the chili kind of overpower it.

I've heard that if you don't cook shark right it can smell like piss though
Thank God I've never experienced that.

Lol, yeah I’ve actually heard similar of cured shark. That’s part of why I was curious how it tasted cooked.

It was on a couple of menus of the restaurants I visited in Reykjavik. I should have given it a shot. I likely won’t have another opportunity to try it in a while.
