Agreed.. the leather is way too darkish blue and shiny.  Very questionable.  I would pass on this.
 
the Air Jordan logo is too embossed, the blue is too deep and shiny.

these are pretty good fakes though. usually the tell tale for me is some weirdness going on in the swoosh. like it's a lil too bulky at the elbow of the swoosh usually, for some reason the bootleggers can't get that right.

Also to add, where is the price tag on the size sticker?  Yea yea, maybe it was ripped off but why would people do that intentionally?  Usually the fakes don't even have it.  Just another sign.  Overall this shoe just doesnt seem right.  For a large purchase as this, any signs this doesn't feel right, just walk away.  
 
OP, can you take a pic of the insole? This is most likely an overseas pair which is why their is no MSRP tab on the box. If it was torn off we would see the perforations on the label.
 
Yeah nevermind the H in China, that whole tag is wrong down to the fonts. Id also say these are more than likely fakes.
