i know theyre supposed to be random but how does one find them?

Chases i think are randomly inserted in shipments.
gamestop has been getting Superman and Joker chases lately, Spirit Halloween stores have been getting Freddys and Jasons i think.
just gotta be at the right place at the right time. i assume most employees are aware of them and taking them for themselves.
good luck on your hunt, the only one ive ever seen in the wild is a chase Spike from Buffy.

Chase edition figures have been around for quite a while. Depending on the character they have different frequency of availability, example 1 out of ever 500, etc.
Chase has different features than the normal version, example Glow in the Dark, Metallic, Blood Splatter, etc.
They are available in the wild but hard to find. I've personally found 5 chase in the wild at retail price. Two at Hot Topic, one at FYE, and two at a local comic shop.

since im fairly new to Pops i dont fully understand resell prices yet.
mainly for the power rangers.
were they limited in any way, i believe the Red Ranger wasnt and he fetches prices of at least $80.
why are his prices so high? is it just that he was out a long time ago?
same question for Bane pop.

theyre retired. once they get put in the vault prices usually go up because theres less of them available.
they also lost the license to the MMPR which is why theres only Red, White and Pink.

The price goes up once the figure gets retired and is no longer made but yeah they were all commons before. I was lucky enough get pink ranger like 3 months ago for 8 bucks through a friend

i try not to buy POPs molded after people because they usually look so generic.
the regular one is at around $25. my local TRU usually has Jax, Gemma and Clay.
