everybody stays on that Puma tip in DR....and your only chance at that is in Santo Domingo

you got resorts surrounded by poverty in punta cana...the all inclusive resorts are amazing though

I was just about to make a thread about the DR. Me and the homies trynna go for spring break. It's between punta cana and puerto plata. Any advice or tips,where would you NTers reccomend. We want a good balance of beaches, nightlife, and local stuff.
