i checked out travelzoo.. and they have coupon for brunch buffet for 2 for $26 with unlimited champagne at the mirage?... i figured if i dont like the food i can get **** faced off of champagne for $13 each.

First off, don't stay at Vdara. It's a more family-oriented hotel and it doesn't have a casino.
Second, it depends on what you're looking for. If you're in it more for the gambling, I'd suggest a place like Planet Hollywood. If gaming isn't really your thing, then Aria is fine. It's just kind of in an annoying spot (set back a bit off the Strip). I'd rather stay at Cosmo though. Also, your room key at Cosmo will get you and your girl into Marquee for free on Friday and Sunday nights.

If you got the money Cosmo is cool and your girl will love the view of Bellagio fountains. Also a lot of different bars in Cosmo to hit up. Be prepared to see bad females everywhere in Cosmo

man, what? aria is amazing for gambling. PH is only good for having dealers dressed as strippers.
aria is right across the street from cosmo, but you have to go across the sky bridge and thru their mall. that's about a 5 minute walk.
between aria and vdara, aria. hands down.

Personally I prefer PH's high energy but I haven't really gambled at Aria. Whenever I stay at Cosmo I just go across the street to PH.

So, I'm planning a trip for me and three of my buddies for June and I had the dates from June 19-23 so I can also attend my little cousins open house. Well, his open house changed dates to July and I can't travel in July. So I figured I'd checkout what's going on in June and center the trip around that and just stop by his house and give him his money and gift. Then I came across EDC and it just so happens to be going down during the original dates.
Will anyone else be at this? I told my buddies and they're all down. **** looks insane! This will be the first time I take x.

EDC is the only time I've ever been in Vegas...
Edc is awesome, well it used to be, kinda hyped up now adays and less "ravey"
But still fun times especially if you on one...
Don't be so thirsty there and the yambs will come... Alot of half nude chicks so its awesome...
Stay hydrated, get a light show, buy a lollipop

They eventually will but they sell out so fast... ( well in the past)
What you can do is cop the 3day and then try and flip it... People are always lookin for tickets

Good to hear. Will def try to snag some single day passes then. Thought about getting the package and selling the tickets for the days we won't use, but I don't want to worry myself with having to setup meet ups and what not while on vacay.

Sad about Bills Gambling Hall closing down. I spent so much time in that casino gambling and drinking with friends and have so many good memories there (first royal flush, karaoke, $5 blackjack, drais etc). My next trip to Vegas is gonna feel weird without Bills. I loved that old school Vegas feel it had. All you true Vegas heads know whatsup. RIP Bills

Some interesting changes on The Strip these days. Bill's being turned into a Gansevoort (with a new Drai's on top), and they've already started work on the old Sahara, which will be SLS Las Vegas.

South West and Virgin recently had their $49 one-way ticket deal, but I missed out because I waiting for my friends to confirm if they can go. Any chance I can still get a round trip ticket from SFO - LAS on May 31st - June 2nd for under $100? Thought about doing "Name Your Price" to see if anyone will bite, any other suggestions?

Anyone know how cheap tickets can get on there for a last minute flight? I've read that airlines give pretty good deals to fill up a flight, any truth to that?
