Help with NFL Regional TV Shedule (Puerto Rico)

I live in Puerto Rico and am a huge NFL Fan... It's always difficult for me to know which games will be televised and which will not. I don't haveDirect TV so I can's buy NFl Sunday Ticket. The guide on my DVR (I have Onelink Cable TV) always tells you which NFL games will be shown on Fox but not onCBS. Is there a way for me to know which games will be on on sunday with accuracy? Thanks in advance.

thanks a lot man... I really appreciate it. I once heard somewhere that Puerto Rico is part of the Miami Region so I guess everything they see in Miami we seehere. I will also try and contact the great fellow who makes this website to see if he can include Puerto Rico in the map shown there.
