after i post in this thread, i head to 7-11 and see this. not sure if they have it on the mainland but it was ehhhhh. teri mayo tokyo dog. that’s nori (seaweed), teriyaki sauce, and some mayo (not a fan of mayo).

I only eat them 2-3 times a year, but hot dogs have their place in the world.

I don't boil or grill them. I like to cut them down the center and throw them in a frying pan with butter. Gives it such a better flavor and texture, in my opinion.

Topping combo #1 is brown mustard, relish, kraut, and onions in sauce

Combo #2 is chili, cole slaw, cheddar cheese, and caramelized onions

Ketchup just doesn't work on hot dogs if you ask me.
