How do you know if a shoe restocks?

How do you guys know if a shoe restocks? Like i go on kicksonfire.com every day to see what shoes restock, but they mostly dont notify people unless its a huge restock. i wanna know when they have small restocks like i was surfing through the jordan retro 3 infrared 23 thread, and found out that they restocked on several diff websites, but kicksonfire and sneakernews.com didnt notify people. so how do i find out about these restocks in the first place?
