I'm not a huge fan of the crying meme, and think it was maybe funny for just a while, but this is kinda funny, to use the meme picture for a serious article. It's like those folks in Kuwait who played the Kazakhstan National Anthem from the Borat movie during a medal ceremony instead of the correct one.
