Hulkshare Is Getting Blocked On My Comp Question?

I can go to hulkshare but when i click the download tab it says it can't access site. I know its not my firewall and its not my isp!! This happen to anybody else? If so, can you share some tips on how to handle this problem? Thanks in advance

dont have adblock installed i am running peer block from time to time and malwarebytes but even when im not its not letting me

i hope my comp didn't get hijacked because its taking me to this trckr.hulkshare.com when i try to download something????? instead of just regular hulkshare.com
