Fat transfer (from abdomen, flanks, arms, thighs) =/= impant. Two completely different procedures with different outcomes.

I worked plastics in NYC & we did mostly fat transfers as they're more realistic. But some women don't care how fake it looks, they'd rather the implant [emoji]128530[/emoji]
