People melt chocolate to use for recipes and they use microwaves. So you are safe

Anything else would be uncivilized. I cant even have hot chocolate with water anymore. Just tastes so fraudulent.

this works well but sometimes the top of the cup has this wrinkled effect....anyone know what I'm talking about??

i have huge bags of starbucks hot cocoa from my friend that used to work there. i usually just warm the milk in the microwave or atop the stove then add thepowder and marshmallows. mmmm i love winter.
