Jordan 12 taxi GS legit check

one of the jumpmans has sweats and a beer gut and on the back of the right shoe stitching is very uneven. Back tags look a lil weird to me too. Think it's just quality control issues tho.
On the back.... Is there a J in Jordan? Both look like it's Ordan and there's no stitching for the J

Thought those are probably just JB quality issue. The J on the back, good eye. Did not catch that earlier. ...I dunno, looks like its there, but it is a really bad pic. It could be just the pic.

timmybrixxx timmybrixxx Big homie man I'm currently studying pre-law in school and guess what was our topic of discussion was today? The laws of selling unauthorized goods. I got into the biggest argument ever with this jack *** about unauthorized shoes being fakes because of the differences in the retail pair and the unauthorized pair. I took a major L and looked like a dam fool. Grey Market (Unauthorized Shoes) are completely legal. It is the trade between the manufacture and consumer. (Cutting out the middle man which would be the retail stores) My teacher whipped out the law book on me and Section 42 of the Lanham Act told it all. He stated that the unauthorized shoes are legally authentic under law due to them coming from the same manufacturer. Please some one else put some legit info on here I'm curious to here opinions.

It's not proven they come from the nike manufacturer when materials aren't even the same. GM might work for other goods, but these fake Jordans aren't the same. These guys have their own factories and buy their own materials

pmpdaddyrobford pmpdaddyrobford that's the crazy thing about it though bro if you think about it. Nike really doesn't own a manufacturer company they pay the Chinese to make the shoes so we really can't call it. But why hasn't nike ran off in the warehouses and shut them down. If you read the nike faqs page they don't say unauthorized sellers/shoes are fake they just direct you to authorized retail stores or sellers. I been watching videos on YouTube about unauthorized and Authentic and it's dam near the same shoe. I seen a guy wear his footlocker pair for a month and his unauthorized for a month and they both held up the same. Usually fake shoes fall apart within a month from excessive wear.

if they were the same, then theyd age the same, but they dont. 11's are a good example, if they were the same materials, why dont they age the same? they dont get the same stuff as Nike and they are NOT made in a Nike/Jordan factory. they just reverse engineer with the materials they buy on their own

This is a deep hole man.. These new fakes are using the term GM "unauthorized authentic" as their cover..It's No different than a Casino saying "we promote gaming, not gambling".

Let's use this example I've used before.. Let's say we work at McDonald's.. We make 100 Big Macs on the clock..After our shift we decide to make 100 more using THE SAME EXACT materials..These Big Macs would be GMs..We were not authorized to make them but they are authentic so to speak because we used the SAME materials..They would be no different than the 100 we made on the clock.
Now If we just used the patties and secret sauce, however we used white bread, and different other COMPARABLE ingredients we would indeed have a Fake Big Mac..Close but no cigar..
The term GM does exist and is a real thing however with the recent runs of FAKE sneakers I honestly do not believe this is the case..There are EASILY noticeable differences between the 2 products.. I feel your argument was valid in this instance when discussing these new fake shoes..Now a TV or DVD player would have been a different story.

pmpdaddyrobford pmpdaddyrobford true enough makes perfect since I under stand where you coming from. But on the legal side of it bro why would your invest money into some so called Authentic shoes and run the risk of nike coming to shut everything down. It's a lot of loop holes in this Authentic Vs. Unauthorized Authentic battle ion think the truth will ever come out. But red this article below it kind say what you guys are saying about the material. View media item 1103387

they are made in a different country, doubt theres much they could even do. thats why they dont care what they call them

They could do some nike is American based company. I've heard of times before when they went and shut Chinese factories down. And the way these unauthorized kicks are floating I'm pretty sure they know exactly where they're coming from.

if you ever been to China, you would know that's impossible. there are literally factories next to each other both making fake stuff whether it be toys, shoes, hand bags, etc. EVERY where in China. There's no one to crack them down because no one cares. I was on a trip to buy R/C samples and there were literally two factories making the SAME product which neither of them are the originator and one of them actually made their on improvement on it.

regarding to all these "GM" "unauthorized" ....they are all fakes. like the toys, they don't make them with the same parts and material. anyone that spread the word around claiming them to be the real thing are either A) simpleton that would believe anything anyone says OR B) is actually pushing and selling these fakes.

on topic; i finally checked out the pics on my laptop...those sure like you guys said... no J on the "Ordan" lol
