Why are people asking if they're keeping black toes preorder, doesn't that reply pretty much mean they closed down shop?

No, I asked to cancel.  They never even replied to me.  After they refused to explain why my order was shipped incomplete I was done with their awful customer service.  My friend received the same 'File a paypal claim' email that everyone else got.

A few people questioning authenticity didn't ruin his business.
Multiple people posting issues with communication and shipping caused a lot of concern on this board.
Starting a business without a clear plan on how to successfully run your business will definitely ruin your business.
