Well I acquired the bag and got a pair for $325 thru FB group. Like the shoes and look forward to wearing them maybe in the spring when it's warm outside.

Yes it can, there are tutorials on YouTube, fixed with a precision paint brush and black Angelus paint.

Some have touched on this occurring, either here or on the LC side, but it happens, pair was legit, and other person which bought from SS said it happened to their pair too, thinking surface was improperly prepped to be painted.

No doubt that pair is legit, they don't look in bad condition from that pic would need to see the rest but if they aren't beat or close to it, even with the wings logo messed up that's a solid price depending on the rest of the shoe
