Jordan Shoe Verification Request

Hi All, i bought this Jordan Brand shoe in the US in 2004. Eventhough I am a basketball fan this Jordan shoe is not for basketball. I just liked the way it looked. I threw away the box since i had to put it in my suitcase. I live in the Netherlands....
I havent seeen this model anywhere on the internet nor have I seen someone else with these. Does anybody know what this shoe is named? Thanks in advance!
