Jordan XX9 Laney? Can't find these anywhere... Samples?

So I picked these up at Ross, nothing came up for either a UPC or style code search, wondering if they are samples? I have another pair of XX9s, and they are definitely legit, everything comes up correct.

Curious about the 9999999999 code on the bottom left of of the tag, anyone ever seen these?

As for resales, only one pair on eBay, and there were listed and sold TODAY, here is the link:

Legit "samples" a lot of these all 9 samples are sold these days usually with most releases..Wont hold value like a PE sample or something, but still technically a sample...Probably a scrapped CW that went to outlets and didnt sell, so they go to Ross, Marshalls etc.

Thanks for the info, was so confused by the unreleased CW and the fact that the style and color code wouldn't pull anything up.
