Ok NT let us expand these buds.

I would like it to be some type of crowd funding challenge, but I aint got time for that.

My mom used to make us (me and my brothers) try a new food once a month for about 2 years.

I remember eating star fruit, papaya, lamb and cornish hens.

Everyone has got something they've wanted to eat or have had interest in trying but have never pulled the trigger.

I will try hummus this month.

I'm seein commercials for it now and I, I've always heard about it.

Needd to try it.

All I know is it's a dip.

Squid is next.

Descriptions and recommendations welcome.

Hummus is great.

Good on pita bread like as a spread for a sandwich

I like this idea...i eat everything and anything.

Never had an artichoke.

Will test.

Anthony Bourdain had some balut so it must be good. Someone report back with what it taste like.

Lol ive had balut alot.

Its like a salted egg with juice in it.

But with a grown embryo so you can feel the crunch of the bones and beak a lil.

I like it but like i said i eat everything.

If you can find it i suggest it.

Saw it on fear factor and was like wtf lol

Hummus is new to you?... :smh: Hummus is ******* great... Make your own, it's super easy and so much better than store bought...

Calamari is great too...

Try some head cheese...

Artichokes are delicious. Michigan is known for their artichokes so like every restaurant in Ann Arbor seems to serve it with meals. I destroy them every time.

 my  bad

But they taste similar in my experience. I have had artichoke in a number of dips that was extremely tasty.

i may have to pick up some on my next trip to the store to see if  artichoke is as tasty as I remember.

Warning: I tend to love the taste of vegetables so my opinion may be skewed from the population norm.

I've always wanted to try Calamari but I'm def not making it myself lol.

Might try making Pho one day.

It's so easy... It's like making fried chix, but do much easier... Just cut into rings, bread, and fry... Thow the tentacles into the breading whole... I suggest hidden Valley dip powder and flour...

I've only eaten artichokes from that giant jar they sell in Costco.
