And Need to know this pair legit or not & what VT VT3 on the right of the top Stand for ?

Also, the date 5th line possibly print in different date ?

If I'm not mistaken the vt3 vt are shift indicators and the dates are different because left and right shoes are made at different time by different people.

The dates differ between left and right shoe because they where part of a different production run before the release date
