These are such a small size that I really wouldn't worry about it. At first glance they look fine aside from the 23s being set a little high, but that's something that is common among smaller sizes. And strangely enough, the reason why I'd say they're legit is because they would be high quality fakes (which they really don't make in those sizes), and High quality fakes really wouldn't mess up that obviously, that bad.

There are things that stand out, the jumpman, the 23, the shape of the shoe, yes, but those issues are par for the course in GS.

I'd bring those issues up with the seller to knock a few bucks off if I were you.

The 23's are off. The pods are off. Jump mans on bottom of shoe almost touching pods. The jumpman looks skinny and off. They are also very icy.

Not sure if real. Just my 2 cents
