I would say legit, second pic shows signs of age which is good.

these are 100% legit. Fake 12s generally have a horrible toe box and the stitch pattern runs too high up leaving alot of space between the rubber of toe and the next stich pattern. Also there are alot of differences with the shoe in generally. The bottom is black and red which is correct. Fakes tend to get color of the carbon fiber wrong. The jumpman on the tongue is also neatly stiched as on the fakes it may appear to be fat and jordan looks like he ate too many sandwhiches.  In all certainty this pair is legit!!
