Depending on the shoe size the amount of dots will vary on pairs, some will have 8, some will have 7. View media item 1150932 here's what the dots look like on my pair

BTW guys one thing I'm concerning about is the cut on the toe appear  to be too high for me (which i have compared with my bred and white cement 4s)

Usual bad JB quality, nothing to worry about.

Also the size of the toebox sometimes differs between models and materials
