Legend Blue 11s fake check.....Help!

im not a pro at checking for fakes but im kind of skeptical on these..i picked them up from a nike outlet and got the last pair in my size (11.5). the size tag on both shoes is sketchy so can somebody help?

Are these legit? fake? or factory "defective"?
