Legit check- Cool Grey 11s

The soles have turned an odd color not like the normal yellowing. The paten leather looks off and sloppy. The lace loops are tighter than they should be and not lined up in the correct spot. I'd have to say they are fake.
 
Other than the pics shown here check the tongue and sock liner.  On legit pairs the sock liner will overlap over to the front of the tongue, on fakes it usually doesn't.  
 
I still don't know it looks real to me, it has shiny carbon fiber, yellow jump man, paten leather, and thick laces and the box looks real also I don't know can anybody else give me their opinions?

Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't on the 2010 pair of the Cool Greys the toe box is milky?
 
The guy sold my brother real concords too he just said that these have some factory flaws too and he even admitted its not a great quality shoe but they are real he says
