Those are good.  The only thing that looks suspect at all is the fact that there doesn't appear to be a perforated edge on the label where the MSRP price usually is.  The pic isn't a close-up, so it's possible that is there and I just can't see it.  It's also possible that the person removed the price and did it very cleanly.  A third possibility is that this was a pair that was made for retail release in another country, because only shoes manufactured for US retail come with that MSRP tag.  I wouldn't worry about this too much though, because they look legit.
