there should be elephant print on the black part around the lace holes
the "flywire" writing on the inside should be white
there should be a difference in hue between the leather and the rest of the shoe (from what i've seen from my pair and pics online, correct me if i'm wrong)
the plastic lace hole should be translucent, not a solid color
