Legit please for Jordan 11 "Concord" Low, thanks

Hi all, 

Posting this for a buddy, tried comparing the pics to other Jordan 11's listed here and I'm no expert so I'm counting on the veterans here to give me some feedback. Everything looks good to me except that the jumpman jordan tag on the left shoe is a bit low and doesn't completely line up with the 3rd lace hole. Hopefully that just a Jordan brand quality issue.

Fakes...pl cut is off,cf and soles are off, quality tag inside tongue "in" not suppose be lower case.

looks okay to me but im not 100% though. wait for more opinion what other can say about that lower jordan tag.
