Not true. There are tons of Arab music videos played that are provocative that get played on Arab music video stations aired in Muslim countries all the time.
The music video was shot in Morocco. But, you can tell the traditional wear, the car drifting, etc, .is supposed to evoke the landscape and culture of the Arabian/Persian Gulf/peninsula (i.e. the Gulf countries such as Saudi Arabia,Kuwait,etc.)
