Moving From South Florida To Burbank on 8/6

Downtown Burbank is great. Corner Bakery, In & Out, Barnes & Noble, CPK, IKEA, Hooters, El Pollo Loco, Burbank Mall, Coffee Bean, Urban Outfitters, Active, Yogurtland, Starbucks, AMC Movie Theater, Pinkberry, Chipotle, Olive Garden, Orochon Ramen, and Boba Loca is all within half a mile strip.
Burbank is also 15 min local from Universal Studios and North Hollywood. Home of Warner Brothers, CBS, NBC Universal, Nickelodeon, and Disney, there are rumors that some celebrities live in Burbank Hills. I personally saw William Fichtner and a white porn star working out at the local YMCA. I also saw Nautica Thorn drinking coffee at Coffee Bean lol.
Watch out for "gangster" Armenians though. Glendale, the neighboring city, is known as Little Armenia. Shady, aggressive people. They're slowly migrating to Burbank.

I see, Yeah I was Downtown Burbank Yesterday.. Was Really Nice.. I could tell lots to do.. Armenian Women are cute... Yup Still elarnign the Lay of the Land..

Big Question Trying to Figure Out Internet options.. I could Only Find Charter.. Do they Require Contract or? \Discuss?

Yup Remixx02, That's how I felt when I came out to Visit in November.. I likde so much better then Here in Florida

These guys have given some good spots to visit. You are fortunate to be moving to Burbank, beautiful city. As far as sneaker spots in Burbank, not much aside from Active and the Burbank Media Center. If your into streetwear, obey, hundreds, 10 deep and so forth; visit my homies shop BACKSIDE, two blocks from Active on San Fernando right next to Fantasia. Cool vibe and people working there. As far as sneaker spots make your way south on the 5 to Downtown and you'll hit up Rif LA on 2nd st, Blends on 4th st, Holy Grail on pico by Staples Center and other random shops in the DTLA area. If your into New Balances, Sebago, Tsubo some other homie started up his online shop weareBNIB.com. He has his actual store off the 110 fwy, exit ave 26. It's right next to the Northeast Animal Hospital. Cool guys their as well. They got all the dope NBs, hopefully Nikes in the not to distant future.

As far as food trucks go they are everywhere. I personally recommend my uncles truck in Pasadena off of arroyo parkway next to the old Ballys right before green st. Chavo Tacos, so good, you won't be disappointed although prices are a tad high but I think he might have dropped it a bit.

I thought the girls were better looking in south Florida (Miami) and easier to talk to (Fort Lauderdale). Personally, I think LA, as big as it is, is horrible to meet girls. But the weather sure is good. But, the traffic, how expensive things are, traffic, can be annoying. I hope you live close to work.

Most of the other posts already gave good recs on food. My old faithful is Houstons (chain). They have the best gourmet burgers (sorry Umami).

Pizza - Pizzeria Mozza.

Deli sandwiches  - Canters, Mario's Deli (Glendale), Bay Cities (Santa Monica), Mendocino (Downtown, MDR)

Sushi - Check Yelp. I forgot but there is a good one (all you can eat in Studio City)
