Good stuff, man. Not trying to tell you what to do, but you can probably lean that out a bit, no pun intended.I've been trying to "eat clean" again so I cook my meals the Sunday before. But I work at 5 a.m and I also eat every 2-4 hrs so I bring:
-Cereal x milk for breakfast
-trail mix or fruit for snacks
-the chicken/starch/veggies combo for 'lunch'
Get home by 1:30 so I'm gucci until dinner usually.
Cereal: use some whole grain stuff, and not the kiddy stuff like Cocoa Puff (yes, I know they taste good!) and fat free milk.
Trail mix: make your own. Just cop some almonds, fruits, and mix yourself. Don't go nuts on the chocolate though.
