There are plenty of people in CA that will have been and will continue to be wreckless with water conservation. Drought will eventually return? As to how severe? We'll see.Isn't the drought just gonna come back when it doesn't rain again until December?
I'm happy for all the rain because allergy season shouldn't be as 'bad' with all the moisture in the air.
