Need Help, How Can I Print From My Laptop But My Printer is Connected to Desktop??

My internet is acting up on my Desktop and i need to print some homework, is there way i can send the info from my laptop to my printer at my desktop?? I dohave wireless internet, Vista, and its a dell laptop if that helps. Thnx!!
