I need to lose three pounds by Saturday for a weight bracketed tournament.What are some ways to do this?

On Friday, find the nearest sauna and sit in it until you lose 3lbs of water weight. Unless you've already depleted water weight. If you don't have a sauna you have access to, sit in your car with the heater on for a while and keep weighing yourself until you lose it.

Believe it or not, you can dress in ways that can make you appear to be lighter/heavier. May I suggest a Michael Vick jersey and some Olympic VII's? It'll make you look slim and defined.

Hit the stair master everyday. Do 45 mins 2x a day high intensity
Cut out carbs. Only eat fish, and green smoothies (blended spinach kale ginger turmeric and water)
Hit that sauna once a day
Do this for three days straight and not only will you be 5 lbs lighter, but your pipe will be stronger. The nitrogen oxide in the kale will increase blood flow to your penis, causing you to get erect faster, and stay erect for a longer time.
