"negro" and "oriental" to be banned from federal law

As a white guy i'm shocked to hear that. I would feel so uncomfortable calling someone that. So confusing.

Please don't call someone that. Some of these pseudointellectual black dudes on here will get you into, otherwise avoidable, altercations.

I would never use the word in conversation. Or recommend you doing so

Ya i have never heard someone even say that in person.

I would just say black but really there is no point in even mentioning peoples color or race in everyday life.

Just curious, have you been called "white boy"? If so, were you offended?

One time in LA by a Mexican guy while he was walking by me. Not really offended but i don't think any man likes being called boy.
Understandable. Grew up with my aunts and uncles using the term, however, now that I'm grown and mature, I took it out of my vocab.

Low key, I mainly just hear other black people use Negro as a psuedo-offensive joking term. Instead of blatantly using *****, it's substituted i.e. "Negro please".
