I don't think you know how USPS insurance works, probably the cheapest company alive and they deny REAL claims.

You have no proof of the package being tampered with etc etc since the buyer would have to agree and probably help file the claim.

It's not about being cheap, it's called what you're suggesting is mail fraud which is worse than the guy scamming OP

Damn... That sucks. But video taping yourself shipping the sneakers don't seem like a fool proof plan either. It would still be your word against his.

Also, is there a room for this? I'm trying to build my **** on eBay now but so many frauds or there.
