Unfortunately TNF ratings are through the roof so it aint going anywhere. Even if it's awful games. It'll probably get a bigger rating than MLB playoffs 

They need better matchups. These divisional games are kinda wack.

Or have the teams playing thursday have a bye week before the game. Giving teams 3 days to rest and prepare is just a recipe for these terrible games.

per ESPN ....  in 2012, Ponder had a better Total QBR than Cutler, Dalton, Rivers and Flacco.... 

in 2013 he didn't qualify -- i'm assuming it's because he only played 9 games....
