Steelers will always be in the mix for a championship. Doesn't matter if a coach leaves or not.

Yeah, team was horrible and he never wanted to be head coach

Why would they ask him to resign?

The defense went thru a youth movement and for the most part was playing well.

The steelers Oline and haleys play calling were the main issues.

Apparently Tomlin wants more input on the D. Long time LB coach Keith Butler expected to step in

Steelers offensive line looked pretty decent this year. Better than years past. It was probably time for Lebeau to move on anyway.
