Brandon Gibson was released.

That's surprising, I thought he was pretty solid, and they cut Hartline too...strange.

He wasn't. And with Landry taking the slot he was expendable. Also his cap was way too high for his lack of production.

I said from jump the following would be cut:
"Starks, Gibson, Ellerbe, Finnegan, Wheeler, Hartline and Fields, paying a got damn punter that much. Just damn dumb (reality he stays)... but that would be my call."

I didn't think Wallace would be cut at the time. Do now though.
